Litigation and Trials: This is my bread and butter and the foundation of my practice. I trained at a top litigation firm and have tried cases to judges and juries, including a record-setting verdict in a wrongful death case. I've also handled appeals, administrative cases, and mediations and arbitrations.

Case Review/Second Opinions: The practice of law is built on conflicting incentives. Your lawyers are paid by the hour, not the outcome. If you're in dispute, a fast settlement might be best for you but not for your lawyers. How do you know if your interests are being properly represented or if you should consider settlement sooner than your retained law firm suggests?
